General Compensation Information

In addition to competitive salaries, SERVISS offers additional performance incentives and rewards:

  • The SERVISS bonus program determines payouts based on individual achievements as well as overall company performance and ranges from 0% to 50% of fiscal year base earnings. Paid annually.

  • Equity compensation is an important part of SERVISS rewards, recognition, and incentives. This deferred compensation provides SERVISS employees with an incentive to increase the value of and contribute to the success of SERVISS over time. Equity is initially offered as a celebratory incentive for new joiners. Additional equity may be offered and/or earned through individual performance and key contributions to the success of SERVISS.

  • SERVISS is a for-profit professional services and consulting company. Its success is dependent upon the contributions, expertise, innovations, and operational efficiencies of its employees. The SERVISS Profit-Sharing Plan is intended to provide additional rewards for delivering positive business outcomes and earnings for the company, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success. Paid quarterly.

  • All SERVISS employees are entitled to a minimum of 23 annual accrual (days) no matter tenure or years of service.

  • SERVISS offers 11 fixed paid holidays each year: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Juneteenth Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
